On 7 July, the MICHELIN Guide unveiled something entirely new: its first-ever wine selection. After 125 years of rating restaurants and hotels, Michelin has turned its inspectors loose on the vineyard, awarding One, Two and Three Grapes to producers judged on the precision of their work, both in the vines and in the cellar. Burgundy is the launch region (94 estates recognised in total) with Bordeaux to follow later this year. We are extremely proud to see 16 producers represented by Bibendum among this inaugural class, spanning every tier of the selection.
