Six new wines make up Little Reddie’s latest release, spanning Riesling, Nebbiolo in three guises, Colbinabbin Refosco and Mountain Fizz. Pat Underwood's Litte Reddie project began in 2012 with a miniature barrel of Shiraz fermented in a Castlemaine backyard, and has stayed rooted in Central Victoria ever since. Pat works with individual sites and growers who share a deep connection to their land, picking each block on the day it’s ready. Nothing is made to a formula: every wine and every vintage gets its own approach, with soil and vine health always coming first. The new releases show the continuous evolution of this smart, thoughtful young producer, balancing playfulness and deliciousness with some pretty smart quality and, of course, super value.
