Three rows of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, planted in 2015 on an east/west orientation in the ultra red Colbo soils of Chalmers' south east corner. Harvested on phenolics, entirely destemmed and fermented in closed and open stainless steel, with daily pump-overs and délestage. Pressed to taste after two and a half to three weeks, then racked to a single new Stockinger demi-muid until June 2026. Blended with a small unoaked portion for balance.
