Fiery Jungle Bird

This sweet/sour/bitter tiki classic takes on a new personality with the fiery ginger kick of Dark Matter Spiced Rum.

45 ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
25 ml Aperol
15 ml simple syrup
25 ml fresh lime juice
45 ml fresh pineapple juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, then pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
