For those who like a drier version of this classic, Ester's navy-strength Strong Gin has all the oomph you need to stand up to the sweetness and spice of orgeat syrup and bitters.

45 ml Ester Strong Gin
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Orgeat Syrup
Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake well with ice. Fine-strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with lemon twist.
