Havilah Pinot Nouveau 2025

The Pinot Nouveau fruit comes from the Lloyd Vineyard in Rowella. Ricky designed this wine to be crunchy, bright and early drinking. It saw 100% whole-berry ferment and six days on skins before pressing into barrel where it sat for five months. After some time back in tanks, it was bottled “without fussing about.” It would take well to a chill, for those inclined.
