Drawn entirely from Bondar’s Rayner Vineyard in McLaren Vale, with vines up to 76 years old, Violet Hour combines whole-bunch and destemmed parcels matured in seasoned oak. The early, dry 2025 vintage brings depth, colour and tannin while retaining freshness and vitality. A site-led Shiraz balancing the vineyard’s sandy-soil finesse with subtle complexity and assured structure.
