The Semillon is organically grown from the stunning new Yungarra Estate on the Yallingup hillside. The fruit is simply hand harvested in the cool of the morning and the whole bunches are popped directly into the press. The wine is tank fermented and left on full lees for four months before being racked straight to bottle. Only minimal sulphur is used at bottling.
