This wine comes from grapes rooted deep into sandy gravel. This 100% Grenache was hand harvested and destemmed into open-top fermenters where it rested on skins for ten days. It aged for a few months in large concrete eggs before bottling. It shows the nice, even ripening that was typical of this year.
