Dormilona Tinto 2025

Also from Yungarra, the Tinto is 100% organically-grow Shiraz.  The grapes were hand-harvested by the team and whole bunches were tipped into the bottom half of the tank. The remainder of the fruit was destemmed and poured on top. The wine was fermented on skins for 10 days before being pressed into tank to finish ferment and undergo malo. Racking and bottling followed for this punchy shiraz.
