A riff on a traditional brewed ginger beer, this has fantastic depth of flavour and complexity, along with a serious kick of spice from the natural ginger and chilli extract. Expect notes of molasses, fresh ginger and dark spices, leading to an intense and fiery finish. Makes a wonderful Dark and Stormy.

Not every water works well as a mixer with quality spirits. We’ve used a perfectly neutral, local base, then honed the pH and the bead to make sure it’s spot on, every time. The result is a perfect mixing water, suitable for even the finest Whiskies and Cognacs.
