Transcaribbean Mojito

Transcaribbean Mojito

We’ve all had a mojito before, But not like this. The Flying King with it's intense spicy notes really takes this classic up a notch. Still refreshing and moreish, the supporting characteristics of this Rum bring luscious decadence to the drink.

60 ml Flying King Caribbean Rum
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
4 lime wedges
30 ml Midnight Mixers soda water

Combine top 5 ingredients in a Collins glass. Add crushed ice to half-fill the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add the soda and continue to gently combine with spoon. Top with additional crushed ice and fresh mint to garnish.
