Balcombe Mabel is the perfect Gin for cocktails with more complicated flavours - its balance allows for plenty of experimentation, but its concentration means the Gin element still shines.

45 ml Balcombe Mabel Gin
10 ml Chazalettes Bianco
5 ml Strega Liqueur
5 ml Luxardo Maraschino
Cardamom Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a cherry.
