Montenovo is this producer’s entry-level offering, crafted from massale selection vines propagated from the oldest, ‘baddest’ Godello in the world—the 130+ year old vines of the Pedrouzos vineyard.
Fashioned from the Estate’s younger vineyards spread across the slate ridden Valdeorran villages of Rubiá, A Rúa, Larouco, Petín and O Bolo, this lays down a seriously impressive marker. Each soil type or plot is vinified independently and malo is suppressed.
