Quealy Mornington Peninsula Pinot Grigio 2025

This Pinot Grigio is a blend of all six Quealy vineyards, designed to show an overview of this grape in the region. The grapes were picked as the skins start turn a deeper colour, and the wine was whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel. It fermented with ambient yeasts and was bottled early with minimal agitation to preserve the grapes natural freshness.
