Although this is Place of Changing Winds' least expensive Pinot, it comes from vines that receive exactly same standard of work as the rest. More specifically, it comes from several parcels across the small vineyard with densities between 12,000 and 14,500 vines/ha. The plant material in 2019 included MV6, 777 and 667. Roughly 50% whole bunch was used in 2019. It underwent natural fermentation in tank before going to 500- and 600-litre Stockinger casks for malo and aging.
