MDI Ribolla Gialla 2025

This is an exciting variety from the Chalmers vineyard around the Murray Darling. The grapes were fully destemmed to stainless steel for 31 days of skin contact. This is less than in previous vintages, but upon tasting, the team felt the wine had a bright energy that they wanted to maintain. The wine was basket pressed and spent some time in seasoned oak before bottling in winter, giving it some time to settle into bottle before release.
