Camille’s négoce Bourgogne Blanc has been in the portfolio since her first vintage in 2016. The wine is so named because at the start, Thiriet made such a tiny amount in her garage. The source varies year to year. The new release comes from Puligny-Montrachet and Peronne in Mâcon. This is a terrific Bourgogne with loads of character, splendid texture and a vibrant, zesty finish.
