Linnaea Apica Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2024

This is crafted from historic 90- and 45-year-old vineyards in a cold pocket of the Monferrato hills outside Canelli. The grapes were hand-harvested early to capture bright aromas, vibrant acidities and phenolic integrity. A cool fermentation was arrested at 5% abv to preserve the natural flavours. The lees were stirred to add mouthfeel and texture. The wine is held at 2.1 atmospheres of pressure to achieve the style’s signature sparkle and freshness.
