Josetta Saffirio Barolo 2021

Saffirio’s Barolo vineyards are centred on the hill of Castelletto, where elevation and exposure create a cooler microclimate. The soils are Elveziano, rich in ancient marine deposits. Short macerations (around 10 days) and maturation in large wood and concrete define the house style.
