Josetta Saffirio Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2023

Grown on steep, southeast-facing slopes in Castelletto (which is home), where soils of silt, clay and sand are rich in minerals and limestone. The fruit was hand-harvested, fully destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel before spending 12 months in wooden cask.
