To mark the fifth anniversary of Equipo Navazos in 2010, Pérez Barquero allowed a super limited release of an extremely old "NO" Amontillado from Montilla. It was a wine of exceptional intensity, concentration and complexity that came from a row-end butt that had been resting for decades in Pérez Barquero's Los Amigos cellar. Very few bottles were produced. The privilege was repeated in 2017 with edition 73 "Bota Aniversario," and again in 2023 for this No.125 "Bota NO," drawing once more on the same venerable barrels. A truly impressive Amontillado, standing alongside the greatest traditional Andalusian wines, with an average age certainly over fifty years and almost certainly over sixty, from some of the oldest casks in the bodega.

"It's old and pungent, with bitterness but not painful. It has aromas of very old wine, iodine, rusty nails, low tide, varnish, nuts and seaweed. The salty/marine side is very noticeable, peaty and smoky too, and with a very powerful mouthfeel, tasty, long and salty. 1,300 half bottles were filled in 2023."
