After decades on the sidelines, it’s finally game on for Hungary’s dry whites. This relatively new addition to the Disznókő family highlights the versatility, individuality and sheer quality of Tokaj’s signature grape variety. Fruit is drawn from several plots of the Disznókő vineyard (on volcanic/clay soils), specifically destined for the dry Furmint. It was hand-harvested with special care to remove any botrytised berries, and the wine was vinified in tank only.
