Denton View Hill Nebbiolo 2025

From Denton’s original six-clone planting on the warm, north-western slope of View Hill, this Nebbiolo was hand-picked and fully destemmed before a spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Fourteen days on skins build detail and structure, while a split élevage in stainless steel and seasoned oak puncheons preserves its freshness and lift. Fragrant and medium-bodied, it shows cherry, blood orange, crushed rose petal, tea leaf and terracotta, with fine, gently chewy tannins and a juicy, bright finish.
