Croix & Courbet Côtes du Jura Savadonnay 2023

Back for its second Australian release, the Savadonnay blends 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin from four vineyards around Château-Chalon and with 5% of the Chardonnay aged under flor. Rather than focusing on a single terroir, here Croix and Courbet want to show you a more comprehensive taste of Jura. The wine ferments and matures mostly in 228 litre barrels (5 to 6 years old), with a small amount in tank.
