The still wine equivalent to the Les Fervins sparkling, this is sourced from the same site and is the same cépage. Les Fervins is one of the most prestigious sites in the region, located in the second, silex-rich valley, close to the village of Verzy itself. Mouzon’s plot contains all seven varieties permitted in Champagne—Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir—planted row by row. The final composition is equal parts all seven varieties, sees full malo and is aged for 20 months in 4–5-year-old Louis Jadot barrels.
