Arnoux-Lachaux Bourgogne Pinot Fin 2022

This wine has long been one of the finest examples of Bourgogne AOC thanks to the quality of terroirs, plant material and farming practices. It comes from seven Pinot Fin (non-clonal Pinot) parcels, including one parcel planted in 1959 at Prémeaux in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This plant material generates low yields of rich, concentrated juice. Yet Lachaux’s short, gentle macerations and 100% whole bunch ferments bring brilliant florals and finesse. From Calyver, it was a striking introduction to the stylistic evolution at this Domaine. Expect a wine of great delicacy yet with depth and complexity.
