100% carbonic maceration – totally unique for the area. Half the fruit comes from the granite slopes of the Sierra de Gredos (Navarredondilla, Ávila), with the balance sourced from sandy soils in Peñafiel (Valladolid) in the Duero Valley. Altitudes range from 700 to 1100 metres, bringing both perfume and freshness to the blend.
In 2023, this wine really pops - the earlier pick brings brightness and crunch, while later parcels add a touch of depth. Vibrant red fruit, lively acidity and a playful, gluggable edge. Pure charm.
