This is a blend of Chavigne, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé (including some 1er Cru). The first, gentle pressings of the younger vines and the firmer, later pressings of the old vines. Fermented and aged in concrete, this is deep, fleshy yet with superb structure and drive. To say that this over-delivers is the understatement of the year. Enjoy it while it lasts!
