Voyager Estate The Modern Cabernets 2022

The Modern Cabernets brings together Voyager Estate’s coastal Margaret River vineyards in a medium-bodied, fruit-driven blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 3% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. The Cabernet backbone comes from three gravel-soil blocks farmed organically, combining the darker fruit character of the Houghton clone with the perfume, red-fruited elegance and fine tannins of clone 125. Merlot clones Q45 and 181 contribute mid-palate flesh and fruit sweetness.
