Wolfburn From The Stills Summer 2020 Single Malt Whisky

This was the first time Wolfburn crafted a seasonal release from lightly peated spirit (but certainly was not the last). They wound the clock back to 2015, selecting three of their oldest peated casks (two quarter casks and a fresh bourbon barrel). According to the distiller, it’s a “drop of joy in the hand and pure pleasure on the palate”.
