Champagne Laherte Frères Grand Cru Bouzy 2022 (Disg. Dec 25)

This Blanc de Noirs is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir through two parcels of Pinot Noir, planted in 1986 and 1988. The power of these vines facing south on the Montagne de Reims combines with the freshness and tension derived from the chalky subsoil. Laherte Frères farms with respect for nature, influenced by ecological methods. The grapes are picked by hand when fully ripe and pressed traditionally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels, with no malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees. Disgorged by hand in December 2025, with a dosage of 2 g/L.
