Passot farms just 0.8 hectares of 40-year-old vines neighbouring the Pre Jourdan terroir on pink granite with some harder bluestone in the mix. The firmer soil profile brings more structure and tannin, although it’s a site that Passot explains gives a "Morgon of finesse". Winemaking is the same as above.
