True to its name, the incandescent one has its vibrant hue due to a short maceration (16 hours) on skins before pressing. This is 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru lieu-dit of Les Cumaines, and entirely from the 2018 vintage despite its NV tag.

The Rosé was vinified entirely in stainless steel, and spent 30 months on lees before being disgorged with just 1.5 g/L in January 2022.
