Blind Corner “Verde” is a small-batch, organic and biodynamic white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from the Quindalup vineyard in Margaret River. It’s made in a minimal-intervention style, with wild fermentation, no acid adjustments or fining, and a touch of texture from partial barrel aging. Shaped by a steady, low-stress vintage, this is a vibrant wine that delivers clean fruit, balance, and good intensity. Inspired by the famed Vinho Verde wines of Portugal (hence the name) it has a tiny bit of spritz. It's super crisp and refreshing.
