Pat Underwood’s Riesling is always a discovery. This year’s release opens with lifted aromas of fresh lime, lemon zest, white flowers and hints of juicy white peach. Beautifully ripe, with impressive depth and layers of citrus and orchard fruit on the palate. Drier than previous vintages, its generous texture is balanced by vibrant acidity, making this a flavour-packed and superbly versatile food wine. Well done, Pat!
