Pat Underwood takes his Nebbiolo very seriously, and we all know that by now. This Rosé is all about picking at the right ripeness, capturing varietal character and fruit purity. Fermented dry, it’s a perfect summer companion. Delicate and subtle, with red fruit character of wild strawberries, great freshness and a gentle tannin structure. Pale salmon in the glass, it’s just so charming!
