MDI Friulano Skin Ed XI 2023

Cool conditions in 2023 meant the Friulano was harvested a few weeks later than normal from the usual Pasut vineyard source. The fruit was gently destemmed and fermented on skins for 14 days before being pressed to tank. After settling, the wine was racked, taking some solids, to seasoned French puncheons, where it matured for 23 months. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered in February 2025.
