Les Grands Charrons is grouped with a few other superb Meursault lieux-dits, including the nearby Les Gouttes d’Or vineyard, made famous by Lafon and, more recently, Arnaud Ente. Dancer has a small 0.29-hectare parcel planted here in 1958. The vine age and low yields are always reflected in the wine’s intensity and intense saline minerality.
