Dorli Muhr’s one hectare of Blaufrankisch vines, dating back to 1955, are planted on the steepest part of the slope where the soils are quite sandy and dry. The fruit is lightly crushed, macerated and fermented wild in small open-top vats with a small stem component and only gentle foot stomping.
