Supernatural Pet Nat 2024

This year's blend is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, all from Ghost Rock’s estate vineyards in Tasmania’s Cradle Coast. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow on the Iris site, while Bonadale chips in with additional Chardonnay. The fruit was picked fresh and early over a 10-day period. The juice was chilled, settled and racked before primary fermentation with indigenous yeast. The wine was bottled with approximately 12 g/L of sugar remaining. The result is a citrus- and berry-infused pétillant-naturel—perfect for spring and summer enjoyment.
