The Roussanne brings great freshness to balance the texture and grip of the other two grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp sugg=\"true\"\u003eThis wine was hand harvested and de-stemmed before pressing into demi-muids for ferment. Just as it was finishing, Bryan moved the blend across (with lees) to a 20hl Stockinger oval where it kicked back until bottling.
