The 2025 is a blend of fruit from Hilltops (the Grove and Bit of Heaven vineyards), Canberra and the estate, grown on varied soils that are mostly granite-based duplex. The fruit comes from three clones: MAT6, MAT7 and VCR23.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp sugg=\"true\"\u003e2025 was a great year, with good-sized crops, no weather events, a mild summer and an early harvest. The grapes were whole-berry fermented and held on skins for three to four weeks.
