It’s a contemporary twist on an Old Tom Gin, great in a Martini or fruit-based cocktails. \u003cbr\u003eThe Barrel Aged Gin is a restrained take on the style. Distiller Rob Tyson sees the barrel as another botanical, there to support the juniper and citrus-rich London Dry base.
