In 2022, after the hottest and driest summer on record, heavy rains at the end of September brought intense botrytis to already very ripe grapes, and clusters affected by noble rot were selectively harvested between 6 October and 3 November. The grapes were gently pressed without destemming and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
