Post hand harvest the grapes were sorted, then destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Maceration was for 3 weeks followed by élevage for 11 months in old and new barriques. The is a fresh, bright, finely detailed wine with beautiful natural acidity and soft, silky tannins.
