benjamin-leroux-meursault-2025
Benjamin Leroux Meursault 2024

The Meursault is an Estate wine, based on Leroux’s own vines in Moulin Landin, Les Criots, Bois de Blagny and Les Millerands, along with Clos du Village, a parcel he acquired in 2017. Bois de Blagny sits higher and adds a mineral edge to the fruit from the lower-lying sites. These vines are certified organic and biodynamic, with some dating back to 1944. Fermentation and maturation take place in 300-litre and 600-litre barrels before the wine is racked to foudre and stainless steel to finish aging. We’re going to be raving a lot about the whites because they deserve it, and this is stunning. Again, you could easily imagine “1er cru” on the label and, just like magic, it would have a higher score. Wine like this is why we drink white Burgundy.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0620/7468/3630/files/5d152b70-18b3-f111-ad7e-02ffd6142ce9_26397-750_..png?v=1789706827
