It's a wine style fashioned only by the quality of the old vine fruit and the style of wine the buys love to drink themselves. A great follow up on the previous year, the new release Indepenent is again sourced from low yielding, ancient vines in the Northern Barossa - Ebenezer, Kalimna and Moppa. As always the winemaking is hands off and the fruit is allowed to tell its own story. The result is a brooding, complex wine dripping in dark, aromatic, spicy fruit that sings of the earth from where it came, as well as the toil of those who tended the vines.
