Back in Stock & New Arrivals

Although it is late in the year, containers packed with top up stocks and a few new arrivals continue to roll into the warehouse. Some were delayed by the recent strikes in France but that’s life. At least we have the wines now. We are particularly happy to have Larmandier-Bernier’s Brut Tradition and Blanc de Blancs back in stock for the lead up to Christmas. Stuart was positively misty-eyed as the climate-controlled reefer rolled into the warehouse. Speaking of artisan Champagne, we also have more stocks of the great quality, great value Jean-Paul Perardel NV (made by De Sousa) back in the warehouse.   

Other highlights include the Bernard Defaix Petit Chablis 2009 (Stelvin), Domaine du Salvard Unique Sauvignon Blanc 2009, as well as more stocks of Gerard Boulay Sancerre 2008. Finally, we’re delighted to see the classic Dizsnoko Tokajis back in stock after a long break, including the fabulous 1999 Aszu Kapi 6 Puttonyos and a zesty late-harvest Furmint 2008 for summer drinking.

Finally, from Spain we have landed the great Spanish white trio of; Lusco Albarino, Val de Sil Godello and Martinsancho Verdejo. There’s also a cracking Val de Sil Mencia 2009 from Valdeorras that we’re offering for the first time as well as a couple of back in stock Spaniards in the Callejo Cuatro Meses 2008 from Ribera del Duero and the Valenciso Reserva Rioja 2004. Sherry also arrived with new, shipments of Toro Albala Pedro and freshly bottled Argueso Manzanilla.

It’s worth noting many products are back in stock at significantly lower prices (some over 20% lower) thanks to strong $AU. So plenty of value here both for summer pouring and stocking up on.
