This is a wine offering levels of concentration, textural precision and length that belie its 'humble' village origins. This comes from 12ha of grade A Chablis vineyards, with the fruit, as above, aged on fine lees in glass-lined tanks, giving textural support and invigorating acidity. This is cool, steely and pure.
